What else can you say with a 5 star rating. Nice service staff, a waiter who read our every wish from our eyes, very good home-style cuisine, dogs and child-friendly, what more could you want. So everything was really nice, we haven't felt so well cared for in a restaurant for a long time. Thanks to the teams in the kitchen and in service. See you soon 👋

The boss's recommendation was GOLD worth it. The game goulash is probably the best I've eaten so far. The red cabbage was homemade and flavored perfectly. The dessert was also exceptionally tasty. Ate there on Sunday, delicious food. Great service, the waiter had his guests in view and asked if everything was to our satisfaction. The only thing that bothered a bit was the polishing machine for glasses on the counter. Otherwise everything was great and we'll be back.

Today we ate very tasty in the ex. Definitely worth a visit. Very, very tasty. The service is also very attentive and friendly. Any time!

The food is good home cooking. Rooms are ok for one night. Rustic but the bed is comfortable, but there are 2 communal bathrooms.

Very nice service and very nice atmosphere. We were advised and what was recommended to us, we ultimately took. You felt totally at ease. The owner was there too and was very friendly. The food tasted very, very tasty and can only be recommended. I would always come back and would recommend it to others.

We were there for almost a week and had to find out that in times of Corona you can't wait for the bathroom to be cleaned every day. I don't have the problem with sharing the bathroom, but it has to be clean. In the shower, the rubber comes off the door. The trash can was full for days and long dark hair on the floor. Urine stains on the floor and the rooms too. Dusty everywhere, either there is a lack of staff or it is not that important. The food is good and also plentiful. The staff is sometimes a bit haphazard or too insecure. No problem that there are hourly temporary workers who do not come from Germany but they could be a little better trained. Eating out is not a problem if it is hearty and plentiful but it should be a bit better to stay overnight. But breakfast was included in the past and today it has to be paid extra. It's almost like that. Corona times are obviously exhausting, but cleanliness is the be-all and end-all.

We have been to the Ex a number of times in the past few weeks. The food has always been excellent! Really recommendable. We will be back definitely.

Were there for the night with our friends from Friday to Sunday 14 days ago. Should we share a bathroom together, no problem. BUT with 3 men who slept there (staff) bathroom toilet and shower was the top. Hardly to recommend 🤯and then at this time 👊👎food was okay.

Food was good. Service, however, an absolute disaster! No plan or structure not meaningful at all! Waited 40 minutes for the first beer despite ordering or asking 4 times. The starter was faster there only without cutlery, it came 10 minutes later. But the food itself 4 out of 5 stars

We were there to eat. The service took a long time, although only two other tables were occupied The steak wasn't even lukewarm, the herb butter couldn't even melt. Matjes, however, was completely okay. With a total of 4 drinks, two main courses and two desserts at around 60 euros, the price-performance ratio is overpriced

We went here for "rush hour" Saturday night. Despite a few mishaps, we had a nice evening. The menu offers something for every taste but is manageable. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Corona has also left its mark on the process here and there is a very good concept here. The food was mixed, unfortunately. Nicely arranged but you could tell that some things came out of the can or freezer. The kitchen could be improved a bit 3 stars. Service was great, thank you! 5 Stars. 4 out of 5 * for the restaurant.

We went to eat there at short notice today, we were served very friendly and the food came very quickly and was delicious. Price-performance ratio is great. No long wait. But you should make a reservation by phone, it got very full very quickly.

The restaurant was recommended to us by friends, so we went there on the first evening of our summer vacation July 2020. Rustic terrace, clean and tidy, very friendly service. Menu had everything from fish to meat etc.! Extra requests were received with a "no problem" and fulfilled at no extra charge. Very good portions, very tasty food. Price-performance matches 100%. We were there 8 times out of 10 days of vacation. Next year again! thank you

Food very tasty, so typically German and good middle-class. We had a small salad as a starter and game goulash with dumplings and apple red cabbage as a main course, I had the beef roulade with boiled potatoes and apple red cabbage. Very tasty and cozy. It is possible to sit inside and outside. Parking no problem. Free private parking. Very family and friendliness pure. Also very good food. Quiet atmosphere.
